FROM MIGGY'S DEVOTED FOSTER MOM:

Miggy is a 2 year old boxer/pit mix,saved from a high kill city shelter. When we first found her, she weighed just 24 lbs. and you could see all her ribs. Now she has almost doubled her weight and is 41 lbs. of pure sugar! .She is calm & low key, very sweet & friendly.She loves all people, but is picky about which dogs she will like. Miggy likes sunbathing, belly rubs & lounging on the bed or other soft spot in the house. She is a good snuggler & gives sweet kisses. She is learning her commands, knows sit & come...is housebroken--In fact, she will ring a bell when she wants to go out! She is very smart & quick to learn & eager to please. She likes her crate & sleeps there at night. She is very goofy & puppylike, & can be mouthy at times, but is learning not to do that. Not too good with stairs...a few are ok. She is QUIET, doesn't bark, run or jump. Miggy HATES fireworks & thunder...she goes into her crate during storms, covered w/ a blanket. Makes her feel safe. She is eating just once a day(dinner) dry food mixed w/chopmeat, chicken & brown rice. She will sometimes pick on dry food in the a.m.

Miggy is on frontline & she gets joint/hip chews to build up her joints & muscles...She now weighs 41 pounds. up from 24. She is truly just a wonderful dog, who loves to be by your side, receiving & giving love.
